This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

All division- or department-wide emails sent or received between Jan. 20, 2017, and the date your office processes this request, inclusive.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Eaton:

Per our Friday, February 10, 2017, conversation, I conducted a search for
Emails that were distributed to all Division employees and emails that were distributed
to all Department employees.

I located the two emails below that are responsive to your request which are being released to
you in the entirety. I wanted to send these to you today. I am continuing
to search for any possible other emails, however, I do not believe there have been any
additional Division or Department-wide emails.

I see from your email below that the portion does not appear.
