This is an appeal of FOIA request 1414589-000. I am appealing the integrity of the search performed. Please conduct a new search for responsive records, including cross-reference records. It's public information that the FBI uses Tor (which is at the core of the Tails operating system as a network transport), we could therefor reasonably assume that the FBI is using Tails to conduct certain investigations without hurting any national security regulations.
Secondly, the FBI should release any open source information it got about Tails, as that can't be reasonably reclassified.
