Dear Ms. Ackerson,
The purpose of my request is to assess whether the Coast Guard had any information on Michael Abdul Zehaf-Bibeau prior to the shooting at the Canadian Parliament. As such, I'm interested in emails, memos, case files, or incident reports from any Coast Guard offices that deal with potential terrorist threats. Is that information helpful?
Best,
Joshua Eaton
