Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any documents pertaining to the arrest of Andrew Thompson on January 5th, 2022 at the Playa Palms apartment complex located at 2200 W San Angelo St, Gilbert AZ 85233. Please include documents regarding the operations of all local, state county and Federal operations during this time associated with this case. And any documents of additional arrests of associates of Mr. Thompson also completed on this date.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

Good morning Mr. Montoya,
We received your voicemails regarding issues accessing your PAL account and the duplicate requests.
Upon reviewing requests 2022-USMS-000594 and 2022-USMS-000572, we have determined that they are duplicate requests. We sent a 361 needed letter with DOJ-361 form attached in reference to 2022-USMS-000572. Because you are unable to access your PAL account, are you able to send the DOJ-361 form to us via email?
If you are unable to provide a DOJ-361 form, we can amend the request that was closed (2022-USMS-000572) and proceed with that request.
