This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Any academic calendar or list of holidays observed by the Department of Defense run schools.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

All of our school calendars for schools under our purview can be found on
our website at http://www.dodea.edu/schoolCalendars.cfm.
Since these documents are already in the public domain via DoDEA's website a
FOIA request is not required.

that it manages.
DoDEA makes the school calendars for all 172 schools available to the general
public on our website.
Since the documents that you are requesting are already in the public domain,
you do not have to submit a FOIA request for these documents.
If you visit our website at http://www.dodea.edu/schoolCalendars.cfm you can
retrieve the documents.
