DOGE staffers who have been detailed to NASA

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

In a sworn declaration by Deputy Administrator Florence Felix-Watson in AFL-CIO vs. Social Security Administration (source https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.dcd.277150/gov.uscourts.dcd.277150.53.1.pdf), she testified that on Feb. 18, 2025 they "began onboarding and training Employee 2, Senior Advisor (Program Specialist AD-0301-00). He is in the process of being detailed from National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to SSA."

This FOIA is to request details on who that person is and any other relevant details of that detailing arrangement (like a memorandum of understanding or coordination emails). If possible, I would like to request whatever onboarding details for that employee at NASA, including if they had a signed SF-61. Thank you.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your prompt reply to my FOIA request. If I understand correctly, the problem with my request is that it is too broad because there is no individual named to help narrow it down. Unfortunately, that is the reason for this request: I am trying to figure out who has been detailed from NASA to SSA because there has been no transparency around the operations of the US DOGE Service that would give me a name. I realize my original request was not entirely clear and I wanted to see if what I am providing below would be sufficient to narrow it down:

What: A Memorandum of Understanding or some other agreement to send a staffer from NASA on a detail to the SSA / if possible, emails related to "detail" and "Social Security" and possibly "DOGE"
When: On or slightly before February 18, 2025 (probably a week or two before would suffice)

Since my initial request, I have become aware of reporting that has linked employees named Scott Coulter and Riley Sennott to NASA. Is it possible that either of them is the person who was detailed?

If you are able to definitively find the employee named from that search and can share it with me, I would also like to request information on when that person was onboarded at NASA (possibly with a signed affidavit for their SF-61. This would be between Jan 20th and Feb. 18th. I understand if this information isn't possible to retrieve because it makes the search too broad.

Does this help to make the search specific enough? I apologize that I don't have a name to give you, but I hope we can sufficiently narrow the scope of the request to help find that name. Thank you.
