Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
- The most up-to-date version of the DOJ National Security Division’s International Terrorism and Terrorism-Related Statistics Chart, as of the date your office processes this request. A prior version of the chart was previously released on 4-20-2018, with convictions through 12-31-2017; I am asking for the most recent update with convictions through 12-31-2019.
Please provide the chart in CSV, XLS, or XLSX format, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 552(a)(3)(B) (“In making any record available to a person under this paragraph, an agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the person if the record is readily reproducible by the agency in that form or format”).
I am at Stanford Law School and am working on a research project about terrorism prosecutions. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by email attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

This is to acknowledge your email dated May 2, 2020 for information pertaining DOJ National Security Division's International Terrorism and Terrorism-Related Statistics Chart, with convictions through 12-31-2019. Our FOIA office received your Freedom of Information Act request on May 2, 2020.
In response to the COVID-19 public health emergency, the NSD FOIA staff is teleworking full time. Our FOIA operations have been diminished while we are teleworking and our FOIA intake and FOIA processing will be slower than normal.

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding - the chart still seems to only include convictions through 2018, even though some parts have sentencing dates updated through 2019. It seems unlikely that there were zero convictions in 2019 on the list.
