Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
(a) Background: This Request for Information relates to Gabrielle “Gabby” Petito, a 22-year-old resident of North Port, Florida, who was traveling with her boyfriend in and around Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming in late August 2021. She was reported missing on September 11, 2021. Additionally, on Tuesday, Sept. 21, the Teton County Coroner's Office announced her manner of death was determined to be homicide.
(1) Any email sent or received between Aug. 25, 2021 to September 19, 2021 which includes the keyword “Brian Laundrie”.
I am a representative of the news media and I am primarily engaged in the dissemination of information to the public.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
