2.) Sent, received, or copied to dhsexecsec@hq.dhs.gov or USCIS.ImmigrantInvestorProgram@uscis.dhs.gov; and
3.) Containing any of the following non-case-sensitive strings: “East West Bank";
Should you need additional information, documents, or guidance, please let me know BEFORE closing my request. Furthermore, unless every letter in the requested documents is except from disclosure, do not redact an entire email or record in its entirety. Only redact exempt information such as, emails, phone number, names, personal information, etc.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
