This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
Reports of investigations regarding the Eclipse Group or Duane Clarridge, whose death has been widely reported. The Eclipse Group was part of an investigation from or around 2011 focusing on contracts awarded to contractors and subcontractors. The reported value of the contract with the Eclipse Group was $22 Million, and the contract was reportedly terminated in May 2011. These details were reported by the New York Times. http://www.nytimes.com/2011/03/01/world/asia/01clarridge.html
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
