This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act.
I hereby request the IOB reporting memorandums sent to the Intelligence Oversight Board, from the second half of 2013 to the present, in relation to the quarterly reporting requirement under E.O. 12333 for Heads of Elements of the Intelligence Community to report "intelligence activities of their elements that they have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to executive order or presidential directive."
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

This further responds to the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request you submitted dated 11 November 2016 regarding "IOB reporting memorandums sent to the Intelligence Oversight Board, from the second half of 2013 to the present, in relation to the quarterly reporting requirement under EO 12333 for Heads of Elements of the Intelligence Community to report intelligence activities of their elements that they have reason to believe may be unlawful or contrary to executive order or presidential directive." During a recent files audit, we discovered that this case is still pending processing from our initial backlog.
