All detailed electronic documentation of EPA violations (including both Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act), enforcement actions, failed monitoring and inspections, and investigations not resulting in notice of violations of FRS facilities having FRS ID 110040433395 ("DAIRYLAND POWER COOP NORSWISS GEN STATION"), FRS ID 110050575436 ("NORSWISS FARMS INC"), PWS ID #WI6030024, and NPDES ID# WI0059340.
Documentation should include reports of specific numeric values that exceed thresholds and any photographic or video evidence.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
