EPA, DOJ emails re: Momentive

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

(a) any and all emails between EPA Region II staff and EPA Headquarters staff--from March 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed--pertaining to the investigation into or settlement related to environmental violations allegedly committed by Momentive Performance Materials Silicones, LLC, as further detailed here: https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndny/pr/momentive-performance-materials-pay-125-million-violating-federal-and-state

(b) any and all emails between EPA Region II staff and U.S. Department of Justice staff--from March 1, 2017 to the date this request is processed--pertaining to environmental violations allegedly committed by Momentive Performance Materials Silicones, LLC, as further detailed here: https://www.justice.gov/usao-ndny/pr/momentive-performance-materials-pay-125-million-violating-federal-and-state

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
