This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:
I would like to obtain the FOIA/PA log file for FBI FOIAPA Request No. 1361212-000. I am requesting the 1361212-000 "file" which should include at a minimum the records released as a result of FBI FOIAPA Request No. 1361212-000 and the correspondence between the FBI and the requester. Please also include request information such as: Request ID, Requester Name, Organization, Requester Category, Request Description, Received Date, Request Status, Closed Date, Final Disposition, and any other pertinent information. Should you need any more information or if this request is too broad, please let me know and I will be happy to provide more information. Please do not close my request without consulting me first, I am happy to modify my request if it can not be processed as is.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
