All records on, about, mentioning, or concerning Jay Dyson, aka Cancer Omega (September 22, 1962 – December 21, 2011). Dyson's passing is a matter of public record and his obituary can be found here: https://www.dignitymemorial.com/obituaries/surprise-az/jay-dyson-4930372.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Additional information: Mr. Dyson was questioned by FBI agents in Los Angeles, CA, in relation to the hacking of the New York Times in September, 1998. There should be some records of Mr. Dyson's involvement in the investigation.
