This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

- Please provide a list of contracts that have been awarded to ManTech, to ManTech International Corporation, to ManTech Advanced Systems International, Inc. and / or to any of the ManTech company subsidiaries (herein called ManTech) by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).

- Please provide the contract award numbers, the contract award amounts, the title and / or name of the contract and a description of the task.

- Please indicate the type of contract and if the contract contains any escalation cost wording or cost plus wording or any other other wording that changes the awards' dollar amount. Please indicate if the contract is cyclically renewed or is perpetually renewed; evergreen contract.

- Please identify the name of departments within the FBI, awarding the contract(s) to ManTech.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
