Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. In any litigation before a federal district court on behalf of the United States or any agency, department, official, or employee thereof, any letter sent by your attorneys containing any of the following terms:
a. "Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11"
b. "Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rule 11"
c. "FRCP 11"
d. "Fed. R. Civ. P. 11"
e. "Fed. R. Civ. P., Rule 11"

2. Any policies, manuals, or guidance (not including guidance specific to a particular case) concerning pursuit of Rule 11 sanctions.

This request is limited to correspondence sent (or policies, manuals, or guidance utilized) on or after January 1, 2020.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
