Please be sure to include any communications sent to or from employees/representatives of Private Fuel Storage, LLC in your search. In addition, if there are any responsive documents from files retained from the now-defunct Office of the United States Nuclear Waste Negotiator,

Good afternoon Mr. Knox,

Here is the link to the NRC public webpage which contains information on Yucca Mountain: https://www.nrc.gov/waste/hlw-disposal.html. I have also attached the screen shots that will guide you to the docket# that includes many records concerning Private Fuel Storage, LLC.

Per our earlier conversation, wherein you agreed to withdraw your request, based on the information we are providing, we have closed your request. I will be sending you a letter notifying you of this shortly as well. We also note that you may submit another narrowed FOIA request in the future.
