Files Relating to Jack Tarrance

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

I request all documents relating to Jack Tarrance (February 24 1928- 2006).

Jack Tarrance was at one point named as a suspect in the 'Zodiac' murders that occurred in Northern California beginning in 1968.
