Fisker Ocean - 2023

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Public reports show that consumers have brought complaints to the NHTSA regarding the electric vehicle the Fisker Ocean, sold by Fisker Inc. (https://www.nhtsa.gov/vehicle/2023/FISKER/OCEAN)

1) Any digital communications (including but not limited to emails and text messages) with Fisker (@fiskerinc.com) or their representatives.

2) Any digital communications including but not limited to emails and text messages as well as documents (including but not limited to PDF, word processing, excel and slide documents) that mention Fisker Inc. (please including all attachments).

3) All instructional materials, presentation material (including recorded video and audio, PowerPoint files, prepared remarks, and slide formats), and other guidance about Fisker Inc.

4) Any communication regarding consumer complaints regarding Fisker submitted to the NHTSA.

To help limit the extent of the responsive documents, please limit search from January 1, 2023 through the time this request is processed. Please submit the documents on a rolling basis as each responsive document is found.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
