All FOIA logs generated between Jan. 1, 2013 and the date this request is processed.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.

We process all requests on a "First-In, First-Out" queue basis. The Department of Defense has established three queues for FOIA requests: Expedited, Simple, and Complex. Thank you for the response. I can see that this PDF was generated from a database of some kind. However, the PDF format of the spreadsheet leaves many cells truncated. Can you please resend the data in a spreadsheet format that is easily readable by common software. For example: .xls, .xlsx, .csv, or a tab delimited text file.

We do not send any documents that may be manipulated after they are sent. Therefore, we convert them to a "read only" state. If you want a read only version of excel, I can do that.
