Mr. Lipton:

Sir:

I recommend making your request to the Department of the Navy under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). The standard way to do so is to use FOIAonline. It is a website which you can find simply by searching the Internet for the term "FOIAonline."

Although this website is designed to be user-friendly and self-explanatory, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to let me know.

In the meantime, you may want to check out the DON FOIA website (http://www.doncio.navy.mil/ContentView.aspx?id=5231). It has posted many of the documents you mentioned below.

Hello Mr. Julka,

Is there an email address or fax number I can use to submit this request?

Thanks so much for your help,
Beryl

From: DON FOIA Public Liaison

Beryl,

Not for FOIAonline. An email address or fax number may exist for an individual command; however, even in this case, relying on an email address or fax number usually is a slower and less efficient way to make a request. Is there a particular command in which you have an interest?
