FOIA request

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) all investigative material concerning allegations of misconduct by Assistant United States Attorney for the Northern District of West Virginia, Jeffrey Akira Finucane, between October 1, 2018 - December 2021. This should include at least the initiating complaints, all case-related correspondence, documentation of all significant investigative activity, the documentary evidence obtained during the inquiry, documentation of each interview conducted, documentation containing the rationale for the disposition of the matter, the case chronology, letters or memoranda from OPR to all other agencies, the OPR "case closing form" for each case, and disciplinary action taken in substantiated matters.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
