Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. All emails sent to, from, or copied to Charles Howard (c.howard@arc.gov Interim Executive Director ) from January 2, 2020 to April 27, 2021 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "Mined Minds", "Gatt" “Laucher” "Washington Greene County Job Training Agency” "PW-18926" or "Report Number 21-04"

2. All emails sent to, from, or copied to Philip Heneghan (pheneghan@arc.gov Inspector General ) from March 2, 2020 to April 27, 2021 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "Mined Minds", "Gatt" “Laucher” "Washington Greene County Job Training Agency” "PW-18926" or "Report Number 21-04"

3. All emails sent to, from, or copied to Earl Rine (erine@arc.gov Inspector General’s office) from January 2, 2020 to April 27, 2021 containing any of the following non-case-sensitive key-strings: "Mined Minds", "Ami Gatt" “Laucher” "Washington Greene County Job Training Agency” "PW-18926" or "Report Number 21-04"

3. Payroll/compensation details related to the ARC audit of Mined Minds Foundation, a sub-grantee of Washington Greene County Job Training Agency Inc. POWER award grant PW-18926. Specifically, employee payroll timecards for the 52 jobs claimed to have been created as a result of the grant for 2018 and 2019, details to include GPdL LLC, a for-profit corporation operated by the people who operated Mined Minds Foundation, claimed as the source of payroll information on Mined Minds EIN #81-2628941 form 990 for 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
