Ms. Pillon,
Please see the attached response to the fee waiver request you submitted as part of your FOIA request to the SEC on July 6, 2023.

From: Securities and Exchange Commission

Good afternoon Ms. Pillon,

Thank you for inquiring about your request. Please be advised that I am still consulting with the SEC staff regarding your request. We are still consulting with the staff regarding potentially responsive records relating to your FOIA request. Once we receive a response from the SEC staff, our office will continue to process your request as expeditiously as possible. Due to the unforeseen delays, the new estimated completion date (ECD) is December 31, 2023. This new ECD is to ensure that the agency’s search of records is accurate, and if records are located, sufficient time to review them for responsiveness. We do sincerely apologize for the unusually long delays. You may continue to contact me during the interim.

Kindest Regards,

To Whom It May Concern:

I apologize for the duplication in the request regarding Premier, Inc. I narrow the criteria to include investigations, civil actions, company filings, contracts (if known to the SEC) as well as emails that only contain the word or words “Terry Shaw” who is the current CEO of Premier, Inc. I further narrow the timeframe to be from 2017 to present day, to be on the day this request is processed.

Please let me know this criteria is still too broad and I will further narrow the criteria. I apologize for the very delayed response on my part.

Thank you,

Bailey Pillon
