Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
The Official Military Personnel File (OMPF) including all Fitness Report and Counseling forms (NAVPERS Form 1610/2), the most recent Cumulative Record Of Training (NAVPERS Form 5300/16), listing of all unit assignments in chronological order, awards & campaign medals, the Background Summary (NAVPERS Form 1640/32), and Form DD-214 pertaining to Scott Purse Moore. Mr Scott P Moore claims to be a retired naval officer of the United States Navy with thirty years of experience from 1983 – 2014. Please redact any sensitive information protected in accordance with Executive Order 13526 or the Privacy Act of 1974.
Scott Moore has given dozens of public speeches discussing leadership principles, teamwork, "no fail teams" and military/government related issues. His background experience and qualifications to speak on these issues are consequently a matter of public interest. Please respond with an estimation of the amount of time it will take to process the request.
Mr Moore is a public figure, with public speeches discussing a wide range of issues including counter-terrorism, corporate leadership issues, security, government issues and several of his speeches has been reported by the mainstream news media: some examples below posted online
