I am appealing the integrity of the search. Records exist for his bank in which he is mentioned many times, he was the subject of an FBI investigation, and no cross-reference searches were performed. I provided basic details and leads for the Bureau to determine he was of investigative interest to the Bureau, but these were not followed up on. The search was not reasonably calculated to find all relevant records and the Bureau's search was not in good faith.
