Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Case file 100-SU-9247, cited by your office as responsive my earlier request regarding activist Frank Wilkinson
Per your August 27th, 2018 response (attached), I requested the file from NARA. In December, I was NARA responded with:
> "My initial assessment confirms that case file *100-SU-9247* is not yet in the custody of the National Archives. We have a folder with that number on the outside, but the case file itself is not present within the folder. This file may therefore remain in the legal custody of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Please request the file from them at https://www.fbi.gov/services/information-management/foipa.
I am re-requesting the file, as per NARA's letter.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
