This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

Any and all available policies, procedures, directives, memorandums, and any other guiding materials regarding requests for short term disability leave and approval or rejection thereof for women in the employ of this agency.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The Women's Bureau, an agency component of the U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL), has searched its files and finds no records pursuant to the above-mentioned request. For your information, the USDOL Wage and Hour Division, Office of Enforcement Policy is responsible for establishing and administering policies, procedures, directives, memorandums, and other materials designed to inform and guide DOL agencies/employees as it pertains to short-term disability leave requirements.
