All records of the FTC's investigation into OpenAI, Inc. for anticompetitive practices. This request seeks records from the investigative file, including final reports, and communication records about the investigation (emails, text messages, instant or direct messages, and memoranda). The FTC and OpenAI's CEO (Sam Altman) have already publicly acknowledged this investigation and the investigation has been the subject of public reporting:
