All grant proposals submitted for the FY 2023 SNAP Fraud Framework Implementation Grant program. This program was opened to applicants on April 5, 2023 and closed on June 4, 2023 so I expect all responsive records to be dated within that time frame.
Responsive documents may include but are not limited to the following forms, according to the announcement for the grant :(https://www.fns.usda.gov/grant/snap-fraud-framework-implementation).
SF-424 – Application for Federal Assistance
SF-424A – Budget Information and Instruction Form
SF-424B – Assurances for Non-Construction Programs
SF-LLL – Disclosure of Lobbying Activities
FNS-906 – Grant Program Accounting System & Financial Capability Questionnaire
Negotiated Indirect Cost Rate Agreement
Documents may also include powerpoints, PDFs, word docs and other proposal materials.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
