Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office and assigned control FOIA IQ

This is response to your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request (GSA
Number 259427), dated October 21, 2013, in which you requested “[a] log of
all FOIA requests made in fiscal year 2013.”

Please find enclosed the document responsive to your request. This
document is a log of all FOIA requests made in fiscal year 2013 as
generated by the Intranet Quorum system. This log contains request
submitted from October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013 (FY 2013) and
includes: the type of request (type), the date received (date recvd),
requester (sender), the office processing the request (region/division),
the type of release (rcds provided), and the date the request was closed
(date closed). In processing your request, we withheld personally
identifying information to include names, addresses, and dates of birth of
non-government employees in accordance with the sixth exemption of FOIA, 5
U.S.C. § 552(b)(6). This is done because public disclosure of this
information would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal
privacy.

You have the right to appeal the denial of the information withheld under
FOIA. To do so, you must write within 120 days of your receipt of this
