Gas Stove FOIA Records Request (Environmental Protection Agency)

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Documentation regarding any requests for any records of communication between the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and gas stove manufacturers, gas companies, or related companies or trade associations regarding the health effects of indoor air pollution from gas stoves/ranges/ovens.

Documentation regarding any requests for records of communication between CPSC and gas stove manufacturers, gas companies, or related companies or trade associations regarding potential regulatory or research initiatives related to gas stoves/ranges/ovens.

Documentation regarding any requests for records of communication between CPSC and health and medical researchers, practitioners, doctors, medical associations, or related groups regarding health risks related to gas stoves/ranges/ovens.

Documentation regarding any requests for records related heat pump access programs.

Documentation regarding any requests for records related to the High Efficiency Electric Home Rebate Act, the Energy Efficient Home Improvement credit, New Energy Efficient Home credit, the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund, or the Residential Clean Energy credit.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
