Dear Mr. Delaware,
Thank you for contacting the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library
Audiovisual Department. Your message was forwarded to us from the Textual
Archives Department. Fortunately, a FOIA request is not necessary for
access to most of our audiovisual materials, unless a request is
particularly large, complex, or is likely to contain FOIA-restricted
materials -- none of which is true in this instance. Instead, it is
possible for you to place a customer order for one or both of the videos
from President Bush's visit to Sandia Laboratory on September 15, 1992. I
have attached a Word document containing the run sheet reports for the
videos; one (reference number MT3407) is the main video of President Bush's
speech, while the other (MT3406) shows President Bush's tour of the
robotics lab and cut shots of the audience during parts of the speech. The
sound during the tour of the robotics lab is poor, as none of the
participants spoke into a microphone.

If you would like to place an order for a digitized video file, please
specify the Master Tape (MT) number. The price for each video is $35, or
$100 per hour of footage if you order multiple videos. All AV materials
must be paid in advance in U.S. Dollars, and we prefer credit cards (please
include card number, security code, and expiration date). You can call or
e-mail with the information, as you prefer. Our materials are in the public
domain and may be used giving credit to George H. W. Bush Presidential
Library and Museum. We ask that the materials not be manipulated in any
way.

This year, our website is undergoing a major overhaul, so we are not adding
videos to our YouTube channel at this time. When the makeover is complete,
our website will include links to more of our videos, which will open in
the National Archives Catalog website.

Please let us know if you have any questions.

Sincerely,
Mckenzie Morse, Ph.D.
