Can you please check again? Gerald C. Maguire was investigated by the House Un-American Committee in 1934 after General Smedley Darlington Butler publicly accused him of planning to overthrow the U.S. government.

On page 4 of the attached document, which was released to me through FOIA request number 1374454-000, mention is made of Gerald C. MacGuire, the man who you've told me through FOIA request number 1373945-001 you have no responsive documents on. In light of the fact that this document was overlooked, and that MacGuire was a key figure in the 1934 "Business Plot," I'm requesting that you perform another search of your files for materials on Gerald C. MacGuire. Thank you!
