This is a request for information pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, on behalf of Wired magazine. I hereby request the following records:
1. Copies of the contracts—including any modifications—between Carahsoft Technology Corp. and the GSA with PIID 47HAA021F0119 described at: https://www.usaspending.gov/award/CONT_AWD_47HAA021F0119_4773_GS35F0119Y_4732
2. Copies of all emails between the GSA and any representatives of Carahsoft; Google Cloud, the cloud computing division of Google, a subsidiary of Alphabet; or Palo Alto Networks relating to this award.
This request is being made for news-gathering purposes and the requested documents will be made available to the general public. Government spending on defense technology is a clear matter of public interest. As such, I request a waiver from any fees that would ordinarily be assessed for fulfilling this request.
I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
