Records created or received by CBP's FOIA office in the course of responding to the FOIA request assigned receipt numbers CBP-2019-030668 and/or CBP-2019-030712, including any litigation response to 2:20-cv-6427-AB (E.D. Pa), including: FOIA Tasking Forms and responses from records custodians; records of searches conducted and supplemental searches; records of efforts undertaken in an effort to comply with court orders in the litigation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
