From: Nicholas Kusnetz

Dear FOIA officer,
Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Any agendas or notes associated with any meetings between Deanna Archuleta, an employee of ExxonMobil, and any staff at the Wage and Hour Division, Office of the Secretary and Office of Labor Management Standards.

I would like to limit my request to meetings that occurred during the months of April, May and June of 2021.

Please include any attachments to any files produced, such as Word documents, or PDFs or other types of attachments.

Because the above searches involve only one outside party and cover only three months, these should hopefully constitute simple electronic searches.

If you decide to withhold an exempt portion of any record, please release all other segregable parts. If you withhold any record or portion of a record, please specify which statutory exemptions are claimed for each withholding. Please describe each record withheld, including its date and size (e.g., number of pages).

I request that any documents be provided in electronic format, preferably in a searchable format such as PDFs, and that records be provided electronically via email to the address included.

As a representative of the news media I am only required to pay for the direct cost of duplication after the first 100 pages. Please waive any applicable fees. InsideClimate News is a nonprofit news media organization, and release of the requested information will inform the public and serve the public interest, specifically by illuminating an important tax incentive for a critical technology for reducing carbon dioxide emissions. The information will be included in publicly-available news articles and will not be used for commercial interest. If there are any search, review, or duplication fees greater than $100, please inform me before you fill the request.

As I am making this request as a journalist and this information is of timely value, I would appreciate your communicating with me by telephone, rather than by email, if you have questions regarding this request. I can be reached at 917-719-0671.

Thank you for your consideration of this request.

I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 days.

Sincerely,

Nicholas Kusnetz

Mr. Kuznetz,

OLMS responded to your May 12, 2022 FOIA request number 2022-F-09040 on May 26, 2022 to requests@muckrock.com<mailto:requests@muckrock.com>, which is the email address you provided for your request. Our message was sent to you from no-reply@dol.gov<mailto:no-reply@dol.gov>. Please check you junk mail. This is not the first time that you have indicated that you did not receive our response from our office. Since you use a different email account for each FOIA request you submit to us, we suggest that you add no-reply@dol.gov<mailto:no-reply@dol.gov> to your contacts prior to submitting your request. This may solve the problem. Otherwise, you may want to use your nicholas@muckrock.com<mailto:nicholas@muckrock.com> account and likewise add our address to your contacts.

I have attached our message here, which includes our response.

Happy Thanksgiving.

Denise
