Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of all lab reports, surgical reports, and operative reports before, during, and after surgery regarding human experimentation/the attachment of a device to the body of a child by the name of Nicholas Rivellino aka Nicholas Rivellino Jr with a D.O.B of 11/01/1962 who underwent open heart surgery at Boston Children’s Hospital. The surgery was performed by Dr Robert E. Gross M.D. between 1967 to 1970. The lab reports should include: a title, abstract, introduction, method, results, discussion and conclusion.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
