Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any information regarding the arrest, and subsequent incarceration, of Paul Volkman in Chicago, on May 21, 2007. Volkman was arrested at his home on North Lakeshore Drive in Chicago that morning, after being indicted in the case "US v. Paul H. Volkman." Case Number 1:07-cr-00060-SSB-3, US District Court, Southern District of Ohio.

I am seeking any records describing, or related to, that arrest, and also Volkman's subsequent period of detention at the Metropolitan Correction Center.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
