2018-2020 HUD OIG Investigative Logs
in addition please produce any records generated based on any reports received during 2018-2020 that resulted in referrals to the Department of Justice, Office of the Inspector General, or any other Department of Justice entity for the same time period specified.

Vaughn Index requested for any materials subject to exemption.
Request for fee waiver. Requester is Activist and Contributor and engages in dissemination of documents and commentary in relation to operations of goverment including the FOIA/PA systems and compliance thereto.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
