To whom it may concern:
Pursuant to the federal Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. § 552, I request access to and copies of the contract security guard duty register for the Henry M. Jackson Federal Building in Seattle, Washington, for April and May of 2011, along with any associated metadata.
I would like to receive the information in electronic format, as PDF attachment(s) to e-mail. If this is not feasible, please contact me to discuss alternatives.
Please waive any applicable fees. Release of the information is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of government operations and activities. The requested records will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press. This request is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I agree to pay up to $20 for these records. If fees exceed $20, please inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request.
If my request is denied in whole or part, I ask that you justify all deletions by reference to specific exemptions of the act. I request that any deletions be "blacked out" rather than "whited out". I will also expect you to release all segregable portions of otherwise exempt material. I, of course, reserve the right to appeal your decision to withhold any information or to deny a waiver of fees.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
Sincerely,
Phillip Mocek

Hi,
It looks like the documents were mailed to an old address and not forwarded. Could you please send them to the updated address, included below?
Thanks.

Sir
The documents were sent via email as per your original request. Are you now asking for them to be mailed?
Please advise.
Sincerely,
From: Phil Mocek
Hi,
The cover letter made it through, but there was no other attachment of the 71 pages. E-mail would be great, if you could resend that attachment.
Thanks!
