Jamiel Alexander Chagra (December 7, 1944 – July 25, 2008) was an American drug trafficker. He was implicated in the May 1979 assassination of John H. Wood, Jr. in San Antonio, Texas. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes. These materials will be made publicly and freely available in a variety of formats on the Internet Archive's National Security collection.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
