Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
> All records from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Inspector General investigation of Juan Jose "J.J." Garza.
Juan Jose "J.J." Garza is the former executive director of the La Joya Housing Authority in La Joya, Texas. Mr. Garza was born on March 2, 1968. (03/02/1968)
The investigation involving Mr. Garza resulted in federal criminal case 7:16-cr-01363. Mr. Garza pleaded guilty. He was sentenced to federal prison on April 18, 2018.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 20 business days, as the statute requires.
