Dear Sirs/Madams,

Thank you for the update. I intend to continue with this request and other requests.

For the requests requiring payment, I kindly request additional time to make such payment/deposit.

Best,
Taylor Amarel

From: Securities and Exchange Commission

Mr. Amarel,

I received your email this morning asking for additional time to make payment. My fee letter of March 22, 2021 advised you that payment should be received by April 21, 2021.
Per your request, I have extended the time for you to make payment by an additional 30 calendar days. Please submit payment of $4,819 no later than May 21, 2021. Upon receipt of your payment we will begin processing the parts of your request subject to fees. In the alternative, you can call me to discuss modifying your request in order to lower the cost. If you do not pay the full amount by May 21, 2021 we will close your request. Further, if you modify your request and lower the cost, you must still make payment of any such lowered cost by May 21, 2021. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out.

Yours,

From: Securities and Exchange Commission

Mr. Amarel,

In prior correspondence, I advised you that the costs associated with processing the following requests amounted to $4,819: 18-00383-FOIA, 18-00782-FOIA, 18-00165-FOPA, 18-00097-FOPA, 18-00168-FOPA, 18-00171-FOPA, 18-00174-FOPA, 18-00199-FOPA, 18-00200-FOPA, 18-00210-FOPA, 18-00220-FOPA, 18-00255-FOPA, 19-00033-FOPA, 19-00782-FOIA, 19-00783-FOIA, 19-00037-FOPA. Advance payment was requested no later than May 21, 2021. I also advised you that I was still determining the cost for processing the following requests: 18-00169-FOPA, 18-01127-FOIA, 18-01128-FOIA, 18-01139-FOIA, 18-01140-FOIA, 18-01708-FOIA, 18-01817-FOIA, 19-00081-FOPA, 19-00127-FOPA, 19-02665-FOIA, 18-01709-FOIA. I have been informed by the SEC's Office of Information Technology that the approximate cost to conduct the necessary searches for these requests is $2,684. The total estimated cost to process all of the above-referenced requests is $7,503.

Because you have failed to pay any of the costs associated with FOIA processing, I am closing all of these requests. As explained in my February 25, 2021 letter, no fees will be charged for the following, which are currently being processed: 17-00087-FOPA, 18-00278-FOIA, 18-00384-FOIA, 18-00318-FOIA. I anticipate issuing responses to these requests by July 1, 2021.

Please contact me if you have any questions.
