Information on the death of an American citizen is to the upmost importance to the American public. Please reconsider the GLOMAR and at the very least say if you have responsive documents and reject them based on an exemption in the FOIA. If the DNI has information on his death, the public should know even if that information can not potentially be released until a later date. How do we know if our government is investigating the death of a citizen abroad? The public should know if our government is preforming its duties.
