- Newspaper article, ‘Man Held on Warrant Charging Misuse of Mails by Threats', St. Louis Globe-Democrat, January 16 1921. Please note that the article incorrectly records the individual's age as '39'.
- Declaration of Intention, February 13 1939.
- Certificate of Death, November 3 1960. Please note that the certificate incorrectly records the individual's date of birth as 'March 5 1890'.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
