Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of both attachments appended to the email attached below between Janice Schneider and Peg Romanik. Both attachments I seek concern the state of Florida's desire to obtain 404 permitting authority. Please let me know if you have any questions. Again, I have attached an email below, and within that email are two attachments that I would like to obtain. Please let me know if you have any questions.
I am a reporter for The Nation, The GUardian and other outlets.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
