From: Michael Morisy
To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 703 of Title 36 of the Code of Federal
Regulations, I request the following record from the Library of Congress:
A digital copy of the Library of Congress Regulations (LCRs).
Although the Library is not subject to the Freedom of Information Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. 552), Section 703 follows the spirit of that Act consistent with the Library's duties, functions, and responsibilities to the Congress. Note that this is not a FOIA request.
I believe is not administratively burdensome and would not require any searching. If this request is administratively burdensome, please let me know how it is burdensome and I will attempt to narrow my request accordingly.
I agree to pay fees associated with this request if necessary. Please notify me in advance if fees are expected to exceed $25.
Sincerely,
Michael Morisy
