Mail Fraud Investigation Files on Scientology (US Postal Inspection Service )

This is a request under the Freedom of Information Act. I hereby request the following records:

A copy of all releasable documents contained in any US Postal Service Inspection Service investigation files for possible criminal offenses related to L. Ron Hubbard or any of the organizations listed below that he founded from 1950 through 1970.

Allied Scientists of the World
Church of Scientology
Church of American Science
Church of Spiritual Engineering
Founding Church of Scientology
Hubbard Dianetic Research Foundation
Hubbard International Association of Scientologists
National Academy of American Psychology

The US Postal Inspection Service files reviewed for responsive documents should include, but not limited to, the following file reference numbers that were partially disclosed in a recent FDA FOIA Request (FDA FOIPA Reference No. 2015-158):

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely cited case law precedents established by the Church of Scientology v. U.S. Postal Service FOIA lawsuits that is directly related to the prior release of the same materials I am seeking. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
